Looking for Origins of 90s Cinemax Shorts Series - A French Kiss

Hello Everyone! This forum was recommended to me over on Reddit..

Back in the 90s, during the height of Cinemax's "Late Night" programming they would sometimes run these shorts in-between movies.

The shorts were aired under the label "A French Kiss" with the subtitle "An Erotic Fantasy from France".

They were these surreal little strip tease vignettes. It never got more explicit (that I recall) than just nudity so it was more on the artsy side. They ran just under 10 minutes in length.

I have 2 of these saved to an old VHS tape:

Vignette 1: Missing its opening titles so it's name is unknown. A Man in a bathtub / go cart contraption speeds around a mansion? He meets a girl who strips and joins him. They encounter a second woman which causes a wrestling match between the two ladies while he looks on.

Vignette 2: I have this one complete, the title is "Rififi in the Art Gallery". A security guard is sleeping when a cat burglar emerges. Instead of stealing anything she decides to strip down. The security guard awakens, and they run off together while a living statue (guy in body paint) watches.

Like I said both kinda surreal but fun.

Given the titling I'd imagine this might be a renamed French series of some sort but without knowing the original name finding information online has resulted in nothing. Searching for the name only brings up links to the Kevin Kline film. The only information within the videos is a copyright of MCMXCI (1991) and a company called "T.D.G." which only seems to bring up "Transportation of Dangerous Goods". Once again TDG is probably short for a French company maybe?

If anyone has any further information that would be great!
