Miramax 2014 version of March Madness

Miramax has come up with a bracket made up of their films. I wonder who did the seeding, as there are some starting pair-ups that seem to have films of the same 'strength' (i.e., the Crow versus Chasing Amy, as two strong films; and Garden State versus Dead Man, as two weak films.)
