What is it about pregnant chicks that turn some guys on? When I was out in LA about 15 years ago, I came into possession of some super 8 home movies and some VHS tapes when I bought some old 8mm film gear at a garage sale. I was told that the films were home movies of the previous tenants of the house and that it was a couple who was killed in an auto accident. Don't know if she had had the baby by then or not, details on these folks were sketchy and the guy that moved into the house just wanted to rid himself of everything connected to the dead previous tenants.
Anyway, what I found was some nude images of this girl in various stages of pregnancy. I would date these films to the late 70's as the VHS was some of the first to come out (faded tube camera stuff, the super 8 film is very scratched,grainy and pink) Nothing seriously pornographic, no shots of the boyfriend doing her, however there is a brief shot where you can see him finger her hairy snatch briefly as he films it. I asked the guy I bought the stuff from if there were any family members of either the girl or the guy and he said he didn't know for sure, but would guess if there were, they had written both of them off as the couple was heavily into drugs and other illegal activities.
What kind of legal area do these films fall in? There is no copyright and they're almost 40 years old, the people are dead now and the possibility of someone recognizing this girl is relatively slim. I was told that she was a dancer, possibly a hooker as well and that the couple kept a low profile as hubby dealt coke and other stuff. I know if I put them out on the net,there is a chance someone would come out of the woodwork and try to sue me, and I'm not interested in that anyway. I would just want to have them digitized and preserved, which I will probably do myself. I'm just wondering for my own edification. They're probably not worth anything anyway as the girl's a virtual nobody, I'm just into preservation and I thought this was an interesting story.
