Truckloads of AK47 wielding men in bulletproof vests with modern communication equipment would not seem to be what I would imagine the armed citizenry of Mexico fighting against drug cartels would possess. This seems to agree with what the press in the US is implying that this opposition is being funded by a rival drug organization. However this next link does show what I expected, the men/women seemed armed with 22lr's and various single/double barreled shotguns. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8XiSnCt9fDc I guess the truth lies somewhere in between.
The government does not seem to be able to control these events. http://www.cnn.com/2014/01/17/world/...ups/?c=&page=2 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r3nIfE0AUys
I was wondering if any members of this board have any insight into this mess.
