I have v26. For the last two weeks, Firefox has been taking ages to close down completely (up to several minutes). For example, if you close the browser then restart firefox, a message box appears saying Firefox is still running.
I usually run CCleaner when I power off, mainly because I need a quick start-up. This also says Firefox is still running and gives you the option of CCleaner closing it. When you attempt this (unless it is some minutes since you closed the browser), a further message advises that firefox is taking a long time to close and asks to force end it.
Anyone suffered/suffering from this or can offer a tech solution?
